By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing LunOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you disagree with any part of the Terms you must stop using the Service. That's it — no trick clauses, no silent renewals hidden in paragraph 47.

You need an account to use most of LunOS. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for every action taken under your account. If you spot unauthorized activity, notify us immediately at the address in §12.

One human per account. Shared logins are allowed for an organization's staff so long as the organization is the one bound by these Terms.

Don't do things that hurt other people or the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or break the Service;
• Use LunOS to send spam, scrape LLM providers, or commit fraud;
• Upload content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or contains malware;
• Overload our infrastructure on purpose (including via API keys connected from your side);
• Resell the Service or hide LunOS white-label without a written agreement.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are listed in the billing section of your account and may change with 30 days' notice. Usage-based charges (for example, third-party SERP or AI calls made on your behalf) are billed in arrears at the cost shown next to each feature.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — we don't pro-rate the current period unless local law requires it.

You own your content. Uploading to LunOS grants us only the licenses we need to run the Service for you: store, process, back up, and display the content to your team and clients. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

You can export your location data at any time via the settings panel. We delete it within 30 days of account closure (see §10).

LunOS integrates with third parties like DataForSEO, GoHighLevel, Google Business Profile, Telegram, and LLM providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. If a third party changes behavior, pricing, or goes offline, we'll do our best to work around it but we can't promise forever-uptime on their features.

The Service, its code, designs, and the LunOS name belong to us. Your use grants no license beyond what's needed to run the app in your browser. You keep ownership of your data, your logos, your domains, and anything you create with the Service.

LunOS is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free, available, or produce results that match your expectations. SEO data in particular depends on third-party APIs whose output can change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service at risk, usually after warning you unless speed is required. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We may update the Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced inside the app and by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
